and Dunlop, London) to be an agent representing actors,
writers and directors.MLA MOONYEENN LEE ASSOCIATES Moonyeenn has practiced as an agent for the past thirty four years - heading up the largest and most successful talent agency in South Africa - MLA. She now practices as a manager for the artists represented by the company. MLA represents over two hundred clients, many of whom are multi-award winning artists. Our company consists of Assistant Casting Director & Administrator, Belinda Kruger, agents Raynor Friedman, Anna Mabitsela, Lizzie Seoketsa and and receptionist Tumi Mogapi. P.A. to Moonyeenn is Tebogo Rameetse and in our bookkeeping department, Ida Balanco and accountant Alet Erasmus. MLA places actors in film, television, theatre, commercials, voice-overs, industrial theatre, training films and corporate videos. Moonyeenn also works with writers, developing film scripts from either original stories or novels. She formed Khulisa Productions seven years ago to make South African films. The first film is the highly acclaimed and award winning PROMISED LAND. MLA's aim is to promote South African talent and South African stories. In 2003 Moonyeenn was nominated to the National Executive Committee of The Independent Producers Organization and to the Film Board of Create South Africa. MLA is nominated as one of the TOP 300 Empowerment Companies.
