Biographical Information

Born in 1974, Rosie is a WITS Bachelor of Arts (dramatic arts) Honours Graduate. She started her professional acting career in 1994. Her television credits include; Flat 27, Streaks, The WhyFiles and Stray Bullet.

Her stage productions include Turkish Delights. At the 1998 Market Theatre’s Young Directors’ Festival, Rosie choreographed dance and movement in a play called Deep in the loca-lala. In 1999 this play featured at the Jerusalem Thespis Festival in Israel before touring Amsterdam the same year.

She co-presented SABC 3’s magazine programme InStyle. During 2000 she landed the leading role of journalist Tsego in the popular daily soap Generations. She landed a small role in Hotel Rwanda and more recently played the lead in The Other Woman (one of the short films in the Heartlines series)
